- • Orders are accepted subject to product availability.
- • Payment Method: We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
- • For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the rider upon delivery.
- • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected misuse.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. The VelvetNest is not liable for delays caused by logistics or factors beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
