You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 314 126 2800 within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID and photos of the item showing any issues
  3. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  4. If approved, we'll arrange item pickup or provide return shipping instructions
  5. Refund is processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Refund Methods

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds are processed via bank transfer to the account details you provide.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days, please check your bank account or payment app first. If the issue persists, contact us at kickup.pk@gmail.com.
